This Dairy Queen location has a mediocre overall score. The quality of food and service is a major concern, with many customers reporting issues with their orders, slow service, and uncleanliness. While the pricing is average, the lack of innovation in menu offerings and cleanliness is a significant drawback. The only positive aspect is the friendly staff, but it's not enough to outweigh the many issues. One major issue is the repeated complaints about cleanliness and hygiene, including dirty floors, poor food handling, and unprofessional behavior from employees. This raises serious concerns about the safety of customers. Additionally, some customers have reported issues with their orders, including incorrect food and long wait times. The service has also been a major problem, with some customers reporting rude and unhelpful staff. The atmosphere is also a concern, with some customers reporting a dirty and uninviting environment. Overall, this Dairy Queen location has a lot of work to do to improve its quality and customer experience.
