This business has a mixed reputation, which is reflected in its overall score. While some customers have had positive experiences with the knowledgeable and experienced technicians, others have had issues with the quality of service. There are both good and bad comments on the business. Some customers have praised the business for going above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy, while others have had negative experiences and even accused the owner of being involved in insurance fraud. The business has a wide range of services, including appliance repair, motorcycle service, and animal care, which is not typical for most repair shops. The building location is Building 14439, 8th St Street, Suite 3409, in Dade City City. The business has a phone number +13524373096 and a website https://www.facebook.com/dadecityautomotiveanddiesel/. It's a co-branded business, known as Dade City Automotive and Diesel. However, the worst experience reported was described as "the worst experience in my life" by one customer, which is quite concerning. There is a very positive comment about the honesty and reasonableness of the business, which is reassuring. There are also a few comments that suggest the business goes above and beyond to fix customers' cars. One of the issues with this business is that there are multiple negative reviews and comments about the quality of service, which raises concerns about the reliability and competence of the technicians.
