This location is a part of a drugstore chain that offers a variety of services, including photo printing, custom gifts, and passport photos. The building is wheelchair accessible with a parking lot and entrance. However, it's worth noting that customer service can be inconsistent, with some employees being friendly and others not being as nice. Some customers have reported issues with losing their photos, with one customer waiting eight months to find out that their pictures were lost. Another customer had to redo their passport photos twice due to errors in the background and head size.On the other hand, the night crew seems to be a highlight, with one customer praising their service. However, phone calls are not always answered, and customer service can be unhelpful at times. The store's working hours are quite long, from midnight to midnight every day, making it convenient for customers who need services at odd hours. However, the lack of innovation and attention to detail in their services is noticeable.Overall, this location has some potential, but it's clear that they need to work on their customer service and attention to detail to meet the expectations of their customers.
