I have visited this CVS location inside the Target store on Fruitville Road, and overall, it has been a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference when you're dealing with healthcare and prescriptions. The location is convenient, and the availability of services like walk-in clinics and same-day delivery is a great bonus. One thing that stands out is the excellent customer service. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to assist with any needs or concerns. The pharmacists, in particular, are outstanding. They take the time to explain things clearly and are very patient, which is especially important when dealing with sensitive medical issues. The store itself is clean and well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi is a nice touch. The fact that it's LGBTQ+ friendly and wheelchair accessible is also a plus.However, one thing that might be improved is the efficiency of the checkout process. There have been times when the lines have been a bit long, and the checkout process has taken a while. Additionally, it would be great if they could implement a system to minimize wait times for appointments.
