This location has a solid reputation as a pool contractor. Most customers are satisfied with their work, particularly in terms of the quality of their pools and outdoor spaces. The company's ability to handle complex projects and provide personalized service is also a strength. However, there are some concerns about the responsiveness of the staff and the potential for misunderstandings during the project. The pricing seems reasonable, but one customer experienced some issues with the final bill. Overall, Custom Pools by Precision appears to be a reputable business with some areas for improvement. Some customers have reported excellent experiences with the company's designers and builders, who are professional and efficient. The pools and outdoor spaces they create are of high quality, and the company is willing to work with customers to achieve their vision. However, there are also instances of poor communication and a lack of follow-through on promised services. The issue of incorrect or missing information on property surveys has also caused problems for one customer. Despite these issues, the company's overall reputation suggests that they are capable of delivering high-quality results with the right approach.
