The location is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance designed for easy access. The business is part of Custom Canines Dog Grooming LLC, suggesting a high level of professionalism and expertise. The working hours are standard, with Monday to Friday open from 9am to 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday open from 10am to 6pm. This suggests a reliable and convenient service for pet owners.
The third-party ratings are excellent, with a 5-star rating from all reviewers. Clients praise Sabrina, the groomer, for her expertise, patience, and kindness with their pets. Many reviewers mention the great prices and the flexibility of Sabrina's schedule.
The clients' feedbacks highlight the high quality of the services provided by Sabrina. Reviewers mention that she is very professional, patient, and knowledgeable, making their pets feel comfortable and relaxed during the grooming process. Some reviewers also mention that Sabrina is very flexible and accommodating, offering services such as ear cleaning, nail trimming, and full-service grooming.
One potential area for improvement is the lack of variety in services offered. While Sabrina is highly skilled and knowledgeable, the business appears to focus primarily on dog grooming, with no mention of other services such as cat grooming or pet daycare. This may limit the appeal of the business to clients who require a wider range of services.
