The storage facility at Building 13595, Tundra Dr Drive, Brooksville City offers a wide range of services, making it a convenient option for various needs. The staff is highly rated, with many customers praising their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond. The facility itself is described as clean, well-maintained, and secure, with modern features such as elevators and mobile access. While some customers have mentioned that the units are a bit pricey, many have noted that the added value of using the free moving van, excellent customer service, and overall experience make it worth the cost. Some customers have also praised the facility's convenient location and easy accessibility. However, one customer had a negative experience with the facility, mentioning that they felt the business practices were poor and the customer service was subpar. It is worth noting that this review is an outlier among the many positive reviews provided.Overall, the storage facility appears to be a reliable and customer-focused option, with a strong reputation in the community. Despite some minor complaints, the majority of customers have had a positive experience and would recommend the facility to others.
