The storage facility at 3510 Lakeland Highlands Rd Road, Lakeland City, offers a convenient location and variety of storage options. The staff, particularly Tim, are highly rated for their helpfulness and friendliness. Many customers appreciate the clean and well-maintained facility, with some noting that it's easier to navigate than other storage facilities. However, some reviewers have mentioned issues with pricing, with some feeling that the rent increases are too frequent or sudden. Additionally, there have been reports of pests and maintenance issues, which have been addressed by management when brought to their attention. Overall, the facility appears to offer good value for the price, but customers should be aware of the potential for price increases and maintenance issues.
