The storage facility on Heritage Dr Drive in Lakeland City has a mixed reputation, with some aspects standing out positively and others receiving criticism. On the one hand, customers praise the facility's cleanliness, security, and affordability. Many employees, particularly Bob and Dielle, are noted for their exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to assist with storage needs and address any concerns. The staff's friendliness and willingness to help are consistently mentioned in reviews. The facility's accessibility and convenient location are also highlighted as major advantages. The property has a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot, making it easy for customers with disabilities to navigate. The fact that units are all located on the ground floor is another plus, eliminating the need for elevator use. However, some issues have been reported. A few customers mention that the facility's management can be inflexible when it comes to renting multiple units under one account, making it difficult to manage storage online. One reviewer specifically expressed frustration with this aspect of the facility.Despite these concerns, the majority of reviews are overwhelmingly positive, reflecting the facility's commitment to customer satisfaction and providing a secure storage environment. With proper attention to the identified areas of improvement, the facility has the potential to provide an exceptional storage experience for its customers.A notable issue is the apparent inflexibility when dealing with customers who rent multiple units, which seems to create difficulties with managing storage online.
