The business location is CubeSmart Self Storage in Tampa City. The staff is very helpful and friendly, with many customers praising the excellent customer service they received. Dan and Desi, in particular, have been mentioned multiple times for their professionalism and courtesy. The facility is very clean, with many customers commenting on the cleanliness of the units, bathrooms, and overall area. The access to the units is easy, with the use of an app making it simple to enter and exit the facility. The facility is also very secure, with monitoring features and a clean and modern environment. Many customers have mentioned that they felt valued as customers, with staff going above and beyond to assist them. The pricing is competitive, with some customers mentioning that they found it to be the best of all the storage units they had rented in the Tampa area. However, there is an issue with the appearance of the building, with two customers mentioning that it looks ugly and is an eyesore in the middle of a nice suburb.
