The CubeSmart Self Storage at 7201 US-301 Street, Riverview City, offers a wide range of services, including storage units, moving supplies, and automotive services. The facility is well-maintained, with clean and secure units, as well as a friendly and professional staff. Trina and Tristan, in particular, have received numerous praises for their exceptional customer service and helpfulness. The facility is also equipped with modern amenities, such as online payments and surveillance cameras. However, there have been some issues with billing and price changes, as well as maintenance problems, such as broken units and poor cleanliness. The facility's location is also a concern, as some customers have reported issues with the surrounding area. Additionally, the facility's Innovativeness score is somewhat lower due to the lack of unique features or services offered.Overall, the CubeSmart Self Storage is a decent option for those in need of storage services, but it could benefit from improving its maintenance and customer service.
