CubeSmart Self Storage is a convenient and clean facility with friendly and attentive employees. The ease of access and competitive pricing are major advantages. However, some customers have experienced issues with pest control, including rodent and roach infestations. It's essential to check the facility regularly and report any problems to the management. The staff is generally helpful and accommodating, making the process of renting and using the storage unit hassle-free. Unfortunately, some customers have been affected by price hikes, which can be a significant drawback. Overall, CubeSmart Self Storage is a reliable option, but it's crucial to be aware of the potential issues and to communicate with the staff and management to resolve any problems. The cleanliness and security of the facility are essential, and the staff's professionalism and helpfulness are significant advantages.
