Based on the multiple reviews and feedback, this business location has consistently provided excellent service to its customers. The staff, particularly Deuber, Madelayne, Yoandry, and Dayma, have been praised for their professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency. The business has a strong reputation for being reliable, secure, and quick to deliver packages to Cuba. The prices are competitive, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. However, there is one major issue that has been reported by a customer, which is the inconsistent and often delayed delivery times for packages to Cuba. While the business has apologized and explained that this is due to the complexities of the Cuban postal system, it's clear that this is a significant concern for customers.Overall, the business has a strong reputation for excellent service, quality, and pricing, but needs to improve its delivery times and communication with customers to address the one major issue.
