This location, offering financial services and personal loans, has a solid reputation. Accessibility is a major advantage, with a wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance, making it convenient for everyone. The staff is well-equipped to handle various financial needs. Some customers report that the quality of service is somewhat lacking, but others praise the professionalism. Overall, the atmosphere is welcoming and organized. The team seems to be knowledgeable about their services. The business's strong point is its competitive pricing. However, some customers would like to see more innovative approaches to loan options. One minor issue that some customers have experienced is receiving clear and concise information about the terms and conditions of loans. The company's co-brands, including CT Equity Group, LLC, appear to be well-established. The location's proximity to the city center is a definite plus. Despite some minor hiccups, this location has earned a loyal customer base.
