Crystal Shine Custom Woodworks is a business that seems to specialize in creating functional artwork, with a clear focus on woodworking. The location is situated in a building on NE 5th St Street, Unit E, in Crystal River City, and it appears to be wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that cater to customers with mobility issues. The business's working hours are standard, with the same hours from Monday to Friday, but it seems to be closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
One of the concerns is that the business has been inactive for over a year, which may indicate a lack of continuity or attention to customer needs. Despite this, the owner's response to a negative review suggests that they are committed to making things right and appreciate customer feedback. However, this inactivity raises questions about the business's reliability and commitment to its customers.
The pricing of Crystal Shine Custom Woodworks seems to be on the higher side, but this may be justified by the quality of the functional artwork they produce. The business's innovativeness is also noteworthy, as they seem to be pushing the boundaries of what is possible with woodworking. However, this inactivity issue is a significant concern that needs to be addressed.
Overall, Crystal Shine Custom Woodworks has the potential to be a great business, but it needs to overcome its current issues and demonstrate a stronger commitment to its customers.
