We had a good experience at Crystal Bay Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a nice charm to it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was cozy. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch. However, we did have some issues with the Wi-Fi, and the door to our balcony was stuck shut, making it difficult to access the outdoor space. Despite these issues, we would stay at the hotel again and recommend it to others.
