This business location seems to be a multi-faceted entity offering various services, including restaurants, corporate office, travel, and recreation. The address is Building 107, E Monument Ave Avenue in Kissimmee City, and the phone number is +18663391933. The website is http://www.cruiseositytravel.com/, and it appears to be associated with the co-brand "cruiseosity".The working hours seem to be consistent across the week, operating from 10:00 to 23:00 on all days, including Mondays to Sundays. However, the quality of the services offered is a concern, as there are multiple negative feedbacks from customers. One customer had a disappointing experience with the company, citing a lack of personalization and customer service. Their email communication was the only way to reach the company, and they had a difficult time getting a hold of anyone. This suggests that the company may not prioritize customer support.Another customer booked a cruise through this company and was promised an on-board credit of $400. However, the company failed to deliver on this promise, citing excuses and eventually losing contact with the customer. This raises concerns about the company's reliability and trustworthiness. On the other hand, one customer had a positive experience with the company, describing it as a good company with a family-owned feel and an easy-to-use website. However, this positive review is outweighed by the multiple negative experiences shared by other customers. The pricing of the services seems to be reasonable, with a score of 4.5 out of 5. However, the innovativeness of the company is unclear, as there is not enough information available to assess this aspect.Overall, this business location seems to have some issues with customer service and reliability, which may impact the overall quality of the services offered.
