Crosswinds is a 55+ mobile home park with a mix of positive and negative aspects. The park's cleanliness and maintenance are well-maintained, with many residents praising the park's appearance. The pool and recreational activities are also popular among residents. However, some residents have reported issues with management, including strict rules and lack of communication. Some residents have also mentioned problems with noise from motorcycles and dogs. The park's location is convenient, with shopping and amenities nearby. The park's management has been changing, with some residents expressing concerns about the new management style. There have been reports of raised lot rents and new rules being implemented without notice. Some residents have praised the friendly atmosphere and nice pool, but others have mentioned issues with management and the park's overall quality. It seems that Crosswinds has some issues with communication and management, but it also has its positive aspects, such as cleanliness and location.
