The Waterset Community offers a serene and peaceful environment, with a natural preserve nearby, providing a unique opportunity to connect with nature. The community has amenities such as a pool and dog parks, making it an ideal place for outdoor enthusiasts. The residents are friendly and welcoming, creating a sense of community. However, there are some concerns with the accessibility of certain areas, as the grading on some units can be quite poor, leading to water retention and mosquito breeding issues. Overall, this location is suitable for those who value peace and nature, but may require some attention to maintenance and accessibility.
(I used the third party ratings and clients feedbacks to create this review. The overall score is based on the third party ratings and the client feedbacks. The quality score is lower due to the poor grading on some units mentioned by one of the clients. The pricing score is high due to the absence of any negative comments about the pricing. The innovativeness score is high due to the unique natural preserve nearby and the community's amenities.)
