This business location seems to have some flaws that prevent it from reaching its full potential. Criterion Executive Search is a community service organization that provides various services, including executive staffing and recruitment. The office is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus. However, the quality of service seems to be a major concern. One client reported being discriminated against and having their time wasted by a representative named Mike Schwartz. This led to a very low rating and negative feedback. On the other hand, some clients have had positive experiences with the company, citing excellent service and professionalism from representatives like David James. Overall, the business seems to be hit-or-miss, and clients should be cautious when working with them. Despite having a decent overall rating, the quality issues and negative reviews cast a shadow over the business. One notable issue is the lack of responsiveness, which can be frustrating for clients who are seeking help.
