This location is a local shopping option in Tampa City. While it has some excellent qualities, such as beautiful flower arrangements and a wide range of gift options, there are areas where it falls short. The overall experience is a bit hit-or-miss, with some reviewers mentioning poor customer service or long wait times. However, the prices are competitive, and the staff is generally friendly. Some reviewers have also praised the location's ability to provide creative and unique floral arrangements. However, the inconsistent quality of the products, which sometimes seem overpriced, is a major drawback. The best way to experience the location's full potential is to plan a visit during non-peak hours, when the staff is more attentive and the selection is more diverse. Overall, it's a decent option for those in the area, but it's essential to have realistic expectations. There was an issue with one customer who had a very poor experience with the location, and their review reflects that.
