The location on Osceola Pkwy in Kissimmee City has mixed results from customers. A significant number of positive reviews praise the staff for being friendly, helpful, and attentive. Many reviewers appreciated the efficient service and knowledgeable staff. Some customers even mentioned specific employees, such as Kelly and Johayra, who provided excellent service. The location has also received praise for its convenient hours and amenities, such as Wi-Fi and wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance. Many customers appreciated the variety of phones and accessories available for purchase. However, there are some negative reviews that highlight issues with customer service. A few customers reported being rude or unhelpful staff, which detracted from their experience. One reviewer even mentioned that the staff seemed unwilling to assist with their needs. One issue that stands out is the inconsistent quality of customer service. While many reviewers had positive experiences, others were left feeling frustrated or unsatisfied. This may be due to the fact that the location seems to have a high turnover rate, with multiple managers and employees being mentioned in different reviews.Overall, the location on Osceola Pkwy in Kissimmee City has a solid reputation, but it could benefit from improving its customer service consistency.
