This location has an overall score of 4.1 out of 5. The store offers a variety of services, including prepaid mobile phones, coverage plans, and accessories. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and some customers have received excellent service from employees like Whitley and Michael. However, there have been some issues with customer service, such as employees not being able to resolve problems or being unhelpful. The store's hours of operation have also been a point of contention, with some customers feeling that they are not convenient. One major issue that has been reported is with customer service. Several customers have mentioned that they experienced poor service from employees, including being hung up on or being told that they couldn't help them. This has led to frustration and disappointment for customers. On the other hand, some customers have received excellent service from employees like Whitley and Michael, who were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The pricing at this location is generally competitive, with some customers reporting that they received good deals on phones and accessories. However, some customers have been unhappy with the prices of certain items, such as the charger that was added to their bill without their knowledge. The innovativeness of this location is also a mixed bag. While some customers have been impressed with the store's ability to offer a wide range of services and products, others have felt that the store is not keeping up with the latest technology and trends. The store's use of NFC mobile payments and its convenient payment options are definite pluses, but some customers have felt that the store could do more to innovate and stay ahead of the competition.Overall, this location has its strengths and weaknesses. While it has received high marks for its friendly and knowledgeable staff, it has also been criticized for its poor customer service and lack of innovation. With a bit of work to address these issues, this location could become a top choice for customers in the area.
