Creekbridge Crossing Apartments have both good and bad sides. It seems that the apartments themselves are nice, with some residents praising the amenities such as the pool, hardwood floors, and patio. However, there are many issues with the management and maintenance of the property. Several residents have reported problems with mold, termites, and pest infestations, and some have even had to deal with black mold in their apartments. The management has been criticized for being unresponsive and unhelpful, with some residents reporting that it takes multiple attempts to get maintenance to show up and fix issues. The property has also been plagued by turnover issues, with several management teams coming and going over the years. Some residents have praised the staff, particularly the maintenance team, for being helpful and friendly. However, the overall experience has been marred by the numerous problems with the property and the lack of effective management. One of the main issues is the lack of responsiveness from management, with some residents having to wait weeks or even months for issues to be addressed. This has led to a number of residents feeling frustrated and disillusioned with the property. Despite some of the positive aspects, such as the amenities and the location, the overall experience at Creekbridge Crossing Apartments is marred by the numerous problems with the property and the lack of effective management.
