This dental practice, Creating Smiles, seems to have a good reputation among its patients, with many praising the friendly and knowledgeable staff, gentle dentists, and excellent service. Dr. Nguyen and her team have a strong focus on patient care and comfort, making the experience as stress-free as possible. However, some patients have reported issues with the front desk staff being rude and unprofessional, and others have expressed concerns about being upsold on unnecessary treatments. One patient even reported feeling embarrassed and ashamed after a visit, which is unacceptable in any medical setting.Despite these issues, Creating Smiles appears to be a reputable and reliable dental practice, with many patients singing its praises. The practice has a wide range of services, including orthodontics, dental implants, and cosmetic dentistry. It's worth noting that Creating Smiles has a strong online presence and is actively engaging with its patients on review platforms. The practice seems to be committed to continuous improvement and is responsive to patient feedback. One potential issue that stands out is the practice's policy on billing and insurance. Some patients have reported being overcharged or being upsold on unnecessary treatments. This is a concern that the practice should address to build trust with its patients.Overall, Creating Smiles is a good option for patients looking for a reputable and reliable dental practice in the area. However, patients should be aware of the potential issues with the front desk staff and billing policies, and should always advocate for themselves and their needs.
