We had a decent experience at Crash Champions on Busch Boulevard in Tampa. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time. However, the pricing was a bit steep, and we felt that the quality of the work could have been better. There was one issue with the repair - the bumper guard was not properly installed, and it felt weak and shifted when leaned on. Despite multiple attempts to get it fixed, the issue was never resolved. Overall, we would recommend Crash Champions, but with some caveats. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they kept us informed throughout the repair process. However, the quality of the work could have been better, and the pricing was a bit too high. Additionally, the repair shop seemed to be disorganized and could have done a better job of keeping track of the progress of the repairs. Despite these issues, we were happy with the final result, and our car looks like new again.
