The staff is very friendly and efficient. I just started coming to AdventHealth, but I feel like I've been coming for a lot longer. Dr Burns makes sure all your questions are answered. He is very knowledgeable and spends time explaining any health concerns you have.The office is very comfortable and welcoming. The waiting area is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. The doctors and staff are always willing to help and answer any questions you may have.However, I have had one issue with the office. I had to reschedule an appointment with my cardiologist five times because they could not find his medical identification number. This was frustrating and caused a lot of stress.Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Burns and his staff. They are very caring and knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond to make sure their patients are happy and healthy.The office is also very convenient, with NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards accepted. They also offer wheelchair accessible seating, restroom, and parking lot.I have been going to Dr. Burns for a few years now, and I have always had a great experience.
