The location under review, Coyle Realty, is a well-established business with a long history in the real estate industry, dating back to 1972. The company offers a range of services, including apartment rentals, property management, and commercial real estate. They pride themselves on being a women-owned business and have a wheelchair-accessible parking lot.
The working hours are quite varied, with some days starting as early as 00:00 and others ending as late as 24:00. It is essential to check their schedule before visiting or contacting them.
Some clients have reported having a positive experience with the company, citing excellent service from staff members like Jeanne, Gina, Mike, and Nancy. They have been praised for their professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. However, there are also concerns about the company's treatment of tenants, with one client claiming to have been mistreated and having their deposit withheld.
One issue that stands out is the seeming inconsistency in how the company handles complaints and issues. In one instance, a client was told to call back the next day to speak to a different staff member, despite having been previously told to speak to that person. This kind of communication breakdown can be frustrating for clients.
Overall, Coyle Realty seems to be a business that can offer a good experience for some clients, but there are concerns about their treatment of others. As with any business, it is essential to do your research and read multiple reviews before making a decision.
