This location is well-organized and clean. The interior is well-designed and comfortable to be in. The building and surrounding area are well-maintained. Staff are helpful and responsive. Rent is very affordable. This is a decent choice for someone looking for an apartment. However, the services offered by the location need some improvement. The quality of the building's amenities is good but could be better. The available parking spaces are sufficient but not overly abundant. This housing complex is not the most innovative in the market.
