This location has mixed reviews from the clients, which indicates that the overall quality is average. The quality of the services and facilities is relatively low, as many clients have reported issues with the trailers, including roach infestations, cleanliness problems, and malfunctioning appliances. However, the pricing of the location is the lowest, which might be a consequence of the low quality services provided.
The innovativeness of the location is relatively high, as it offers a unique type of housing, a mobile home park, which might be appealing to some clients. However, the negative reviews about the management and the quality of the trailers suggest that the location needs to improve in these areas to become more innovative and appealing to a wider range of clients.
The clients' feedbacks suggest that there are several issues with the management of the location, including unprofessional behavior, lack of respect for clients, and a tendency to scam clients out of their deposits. This has led to a negative reputation for the location, with many clients warning others to avoid it.
The location's features, such as wheelchair accessible parking lot, and co-brand with Countryside Village, are not enough to offset the negative reviews and issues with the management. Overall, this location seems to be struggling to provide a high-quality service to its clients, and it may be worth considering other options for housing.
One of the main issues with this location is the management's tendency to scam clients, including taking deposits without providing a place to live, and charging high fees for services that are not provided. This has led to a loss of trust among clients, and it is essential for the management to address these issues and provide a more transparent and fair service.
Another issue is the quality of the trailers, which are often described as run-down, infested with roaches, and in need of repair. This suggests that the management is not prioritizing the maintenance and upkeep of the trailers, which is essential for providing a high-quality service to clients.
Overall, this location has the potential to improve, but it needs to address the issues with its management and the quality of its services to become a more appealing option for clients.
