This location is a great option for those looking for a peaceful and well-maintained community. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the residents are welcoming and friendly. The property is clean and well-maintained, with a lovely swimming pool and plenty of amenities. The location is convenient, being close to the coast and shopping areas. However, some residents have noted that the greenery cleanup can be a bit excessive, with some citing concerns about the frequency and impact on their living space. The community has a strong sense of camaraderie, with many residents participating in the on-site club house and various social events. The HOA fees are reasonable and well-managed, which is a big plus for many residents.Overall, this location is a great choice for those looking for a quiet and peaceful place to live, with a strong sense of community and a well-managed property. The only area for improvement is the greenery cleanup, which can be a bit of a nuisance for some residents.
