This construction company located in Land O' Lakes City, operated under the name Costa Homes Inc, has received mixed feedback from its customers. On the positive side, its pricing seems to be competitive. However, there are several issues that need attention. The responsiveness of the company's staff has been a major problem, as seen in one customer's experience where they were left waiting for days without any update. The quality of work seems to be a concern as well. One customer reported having issues with water stains and leaks in their house after the company worked on it. There's also a report of a staff member being involved in a hit-and-run accident, which raises questions about their accountability and trustworthiness. Unfortunately, there's no information available about the company's innovativeness.
