The reviewed location seems to be a well-established and reputable cigar shop with a strong focus on providing an excellent customer experience. The staff is consistently described as friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming, which is a major asset for any business. The selection of cigars is impressive, with numerous reviews mentioning the vast array of brands and varieties available. The atmosphere is also noteworthy, with many reviewers praising the comfortable seating, relaxed vibe, and elegant interior design. However, it's worth noting that one reviewer had a negative experience, feeling unwelcome and disrespected after being asked to leave the premises despite not being a disturbance. This issue highlights the importance of staff training and customer service protocols to ensure that all patrons feel valued and respected.Overall, the location appears to be a great spot for cigar enthusiasts and those looking for a sophisticated atmosphere, but it's essential for the management to address the issue mentioned above to maintain a positive reputation.
