This property management company is a gem, providing top-notch services to its clients. The staff, particularly Wendy and Stacy, are highly knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. They go above and beyond to ensure that everything is taken care of efficiently and on-time. With their thorough background checks, prompt repairs, and regular communication, clients can trust that their properties are in good hands. The company's dedication to quality is evident in its commitment to excellence, and its willingness to work closely with clients to achieve their goals. However, one thing that stood out was the need for more personalized communication, which was occasionally lacking in certain situations. Overall, Coral Reef Realty of Florida is a reliable and trustworthy partner for property owners, offering exceptional value for its services.
