Cooper's Roofing seems to be a well-established company with a long history of serving clients in Port Charlotte City. They offer a range of services including gutter cleaning, construction, and roofing repair. The company's wheelchair-accessible parking lot makes it convenient for clients with mobility issues.Quality of work appears to be a strong point for Cooper's Roofing, with many clients praising the professionalism and expertise of their staff. Dan, one of the company's representatives, is often mentioned as being punctual, responsive, and honest about the costs and timeframe for projects. However, some clients have expressed dissatisfaction with the pricing, citing it as being too high in some cases. The company's commitment to innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and materials is a positive aspect, but it does not seem to be a major differentiator for them. It's worth noting that there have been some issues with sub-contracting and payment, which have resulted in liens on clients' homes. This is a major concern and highlights the need for careful vetting and communication with the company before engaging their services. Overall, Cooper's Roofing has a decent reputation, but it's essential to exercise caution and carefully review their services before making a decision.
