This business location is well-established and provides good overall service. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is easily accessible with wheelchair-accessible parking. The office is located inside a convenient location. The staff is courteous and helpful. However, some may find the facilities to be a bit dated, but they are clean and well-maintained. The storage units are well-secured, which is a big plus. The location is open during regular business hours, six days a week.
The storage facility seems to cater well to customers' needs, offering a range of sizes and competitive pricing. Customers have praised the friendly staff, good prices, and clean facilities. One customer mentioned that the facility's block units are a good choice in the hot Florida summer. However, the staff may need to be more proactive in providing information and services to customers, as one customer mentioned that they had to call to inquire about other unit sizes.
