The location offers convenient services to customers. They are mobile, which allows them to travel to clients' homes for grooming services. The reviews suggest that they are reliable and professional. However, there is one client who reported a poor experience due to communication issues and late arrival. This incident is highlighted as an area of concern. The location has excellent communication with their clients, they are responsive, and they try to accommodate clients' needs. They offer various services, including nail trimming, haircuts, and baths. They also put bows and bandanas on dogs after the grooming process, which adds a nice touch to their service. They have a great relationship with their clients and their pets. They are knowledgeable and work well with clients' requests. The convenience of the service is appreciated by clients. However, there have been instances where the groomer was late or unavailable due to scheduling conflicts. The quality of work is excellent, but not all clients have had a positive experience.
