The business location on Corporation Way Street in Venice City appears to be well-regarded by customers. Most reviews praise the company's customer service, professionalism, and helpfulness. The staff is described as knowledgeable and courteous, with some reviewers mentioning that they received assistance with equipment selection and operation. The rental equipment is often praised for being in good condition, well-maintained, and reasonably priced. Several reviewers have also appreciated the company's flexibility, including same-day delivery and pick-up, as well as their willingness to accommodate last-minute requests. However, one reviewer mentioned a negative experience with customer service and reported that the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. It is worth noting that this negative review was isolated, and the majority of reviews are highly positive.
