Condo Management Plus is a property management company located in Seminole City, offering a range of services including property maintenance, repairs, and real estate management. Their office is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-friendly parking lot and entrance. They have a consistent schedule of working hours, from Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.The company has received mixed reviews from clients. Some have praised their professional and reliable service, citing their experience and family-owned business as strengths. They have been described as providing "1st class service" and being "super friendly and easy to work with."On the other hand, a few clients have expressed disappointment with their service. One reviewer noted a lack of communication and transparency from their property manager, Phillip Dvorak, during a major hurricane. Another reviewer reported misappropriation of payments and slow responses to inquiries. A third reviewer described the company as "lazy slobs."Overall, it seems that the quality of service varies depending on the individual experience. The company's pricing is competitive, with some reviewers mentioning that they offer good value for the services provided. However, the lack of innovation and adaptability in their service is a notable issue. The company needs to improve their communication and responsiveness to client concerns to maintain a high level of quality service.
