I have visited Conditioned Air for a maintenance check and to address some issues with my heating and air conditioning system. The experience was largely positive, with a few minor issues that need to be addressed. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the work was completed efficiently. However, I was not impressed with the initial scheduling process, which was handled by an automated system and resulted in a delay in getting my appointment scheduled. The technician who came to my home was professional and thorough, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He identified some issues with my system and made recommendations for repairs, which I appreciated. However, I did feel a bit rushed and like the technician was trying to hurry through the service to meet his quota. Overall, I would recommend Conditioned Air for their quality of work and customer service, but I would suggest that they work on improving their scheduling process and making sure their technicians are not rushed during service calls.
