This Concentra Urgent Care location on East Adamo Drive in Tampa City has received positive feedback from most patients. Many praised the friendly and professional staff, quick and efficient service, and clean environment. Some patients appreciated the convenient walk-in urgent care and occupational health services. However, a few patients experienced long wait times, unprofessional staff behavior, and felt that the clinic was unorganized. One patient had a negative experience with a doctor who they felt was condescending and unhelpful. Overall, the clinic's quality and pricing were deemed average, while its innovativeness was considered above average. The clinic's excellent customer service and professionalism stand out, but it could improve its wait times and staff behavior.
