Computer Repair Inc has a solid reputation as a reliable service for home and daily needs. The business is conveniently located in Building 3160, Southgate Cir Circle, Sarasota City. The website is well-maintained and easily accessible, with a clear description of services offered and working hours.Although Computer Repair Inc's overall rating is satisfactory, the quality of service is a bit inconsistent. Some customers have reported excellent experiences, praising the professionalism, responsiveness, and value for money. Others, however, have complained about rude staff, overcharging, and a lack of expertise. The pricing seems to be a major strength, with most customers satisfied with the cost of services. The business accepts various payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards, making it convenient for clients. In terms of innovativeness, the business has been praised for its patient and knowledgeable staff, who go the extra mile to help customers. However, some customers have reported feeling overwhelmed by the initial consultation process. One notable issue that has been reported by several customers is the owner's confrontational attitude and lack of patience with customers. While some customers have been banned for their behavior, others have felt belittled and dismissed. It is essential for the business to work on improving its customer service and communication to avoid similar incidents in the future.Overall, Computer Repair Inc is a decent option for those seeking reliable computer repair services in the area. However, potential customers should be aware of the inconsistent quality of service and the possibility of encountering a confrontational owner.
