I visited this Recycling Center located at Building 5309, Florida Ave S Street in Lakeland City. The address on the website doesn't match the actual location, which was frustrating to find. When I finally arrived, I noticed that the business phone number on the website is not working. The recycling center is well-known for electronics recycling, which is one of its key features. Co-branding with Computer Recycling Center adds to its credibility. Overall, I was underwhelmed with my experience, but there is a potential for improvement. I had to look for the correct contact number on other sources. I was happy to see that they recycle electronics, which is a great feature. However, this recycling center can benefit from improving its quality of service, making sure the provided information is accurate and accessible. One major issue is that the business phone number provided on the website is incorrect, which is not ideal for a community and government-related service.
