Compton Realty located at Building 518, US-27 Street, Lake Placid City, offers a range of services including apartment rentals, real estate rentals, and sales. The business appears to have a strong reputation with clients praising the friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and excellent customer service. Many reviewers have highlighted the professionalism and expertise of realtors like Kim, Marsha, Susan, and Bonnie, who have helped clients find their dream homes. However, there are some negative reviews mentioning issues with unprofessional behavior, misleading information, and poor customer service. One client had a particularly negative experience with Susan Compton, who allegedly misled them about a rental property. Another reviewer reported a negative experience with a storage shed rental, mentioning lack of fencing and roaches. Despite these issues, Compton Realty appears to have a solid overall reputation, with many clients expressing gratitude for the help they received from the team. To improve, the business may want to focus on providing consistent and high-quality customer service across all staff members. There is one issue, which can be improved.
