There are some issues with customer service, as one customer had a negative experience with the owner and their staff, who were unprofessional and did a poor paint job. However, many other customers have had great experiences with the business, praising their professionalism, excellent customer service, and high-quality work. One customer noted that the business goes above and beyond to help their customers, and another praised their ability to work with insurance companies to resolve car repairs after a car accident.
