I visited this location and was greeted by a friendly staff member. The building is wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus. Unfortunately, the staff's behavior varied from positive to extremely rude, which is a major issue. While some staff members were very kind and helpful, others had a clear attitude and were unprofessional. I had to deal with a flat tire, and one staff member was kind enough to provide me with a tire inflator, which was a lovely gesture. However, the overall experience was tainted by the inconsistent behavior of the staff. It's a shame, because the location itself is convenient and well-maintained. The security services provided seem to be a major part of the business, but it's hard to judge their effectiveness when the staff's behavior is so inconsistent. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service is a major concern.
