I've been to the police department located at Building 4210, Willis Rd Road in Mulberry City a few times, and overall I have a positive impression. The quality of services I've received has been good, the officers are professional and friendly. One thing that I appreciate is that the building is easily accessible for people with disabilities, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The Community Policing Unit, a co-brand of this location, seems to be doing a great job in engaging with the community. I'm not sure about the pricing, as I didn't have to pay for any services. On the other hand, I think the department is quite innovative in its approach to community policing. However, I've noticed that the building could use some renovation, it's starting to show its age. The staff is also a bit slow to respond to phone calls, which can be frustrating.
