This hotel offers an unfussy experience with a hot breakfast buffet, outdoor pool, and business center. The location is in a building on W Waters Ave Avenue in Tampa City. While guests praise the friendly staff, comfortable beds, and convenient location, some reviewers mention issues with room cleanliness, outdated decor, and occasional insect problems. One guest was not allowed to use the lobby restroom without a room key, citing hotel policy. Despite some areas for improvement, the hotel provides a decent stay for its price and is suitable for those looking for a no-frills experience.Despite the average overall score, the hotel's pricing is highly rated, suggesting that guests feel they receive good value for their money. The innovativeness score is also respectable, indicating that the hotel makes efforts to provide a unique experience for its guests. However, the quality score is lower, indicating some areas where the hotel falls short. The hotel's issues with cleanliness and decor are notable concerns that the hotel should address to improve the overall quality of their rooms.
