Comfort Keepers is a professional in-home care service provider that has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from clients and their families. The team is known for their compassion, kindness, and attentiveness to the needs of their clients. The caregivers are highly trained and dedicated to providing top-notch care, making a significant difference in the lives of their clients. One client, Deb, praised the caregivers, saying they are "above and beyond excellent." Another client, Sharon, expressed her gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Comfort Keepers, stating that the caregivers were "professional, caring, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with."Several clients have praised the administrative staff, noting that they are professional, friendly, and helpful. The care coordinators are particularly commended for their warmth, personal touch, and sensitivity to clients' needs. The response times to emergencies are impressive, with some clients noting that caregivers arrived quickly to provide assistance. However, one client, Melody, expressed a negative experience, stating that they received a 3-star rating after previously giving 5 stars. Unfortunately, the owner did not adequately respond to this issue, and the client felt that their concerns were not addressed.Overall, Comfort Keepers seems to be a reliable and trustworthy service provider, but some areas for improvement include providing better support to clients with negative experiences and addressing their concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
