This place is quite convenient for learning to drive or dealing with traffic issues. It's located on E Fowler Ave Avenue in Tampa City. I've been here several times and have always found the services to be relatively good. The fact that it's women-owned and LGBTQ+ friendly is definitely a plus. It's also worth noting that they have on-site parking and a free parking lot, which is great for visitors. Debit cards and credit cards are accepted for payments, and appointments are required. They also offer online classes, which is a nice option for those who can't make it in person.However, one major issue I have with this location is that it's extremely difficult to navigate the course. I recently took the traffic school course and was forced to sit through a lengthy and disturbing series of graphic images that I felt were completely unnecessary. To make matters worse, the course was poorly designed and didn't provide any breaks or clear indication of how much time I had left. It felt like a hostage situation where they held my certificate until I rated them highly. I understand that not everyone will have a bad experience, as I've seen some positive reviews. But for me, it was a nightmare. The fact that they can get away with such poor treatment of customers is a major red flag.
